30ft Wooden Gaff Cutter Sean McMillan designed and built, prior to him working and running Spirit Yachts. Fanai, originally had a centreboard, this was replaced with a bulb fin keel. She is so stable and can take the heavy tides, weather and currents. She has a Dutch styling about her lines and touches in the accommodation: A curved coach roof, leaded lights at the companionway, Delft tiles in the galley. West epoxy Cedar edged glued diagonalstrip planking with layers of cold moulded veneer horizontal planking inside and out bonded and bronze fastened. She has been epoxy sheathed below the waterline.Her decks beams are laminated ash and the decks ash planking with double diagonal khaya with teak planking additionally there are mahogany toerails and rubbing strakes. She is now out of the water for the Winter.
Her topsides had a clear varnished finish, they are now painted white. Teak laid decks. Comfortable interior fit out. Original Vetus diesel engine.

This acts as a seating perch when using the drop down chart table. main saloon: two opposing full length settee berths. All upholstery is pale blue velour type fabric. Drop leaf solid mahogany dining table with bottle stowage, fixed to the centre line of the vessel. Standing headroom in the centre of the vessel, a Dutch influence throughout this vessel. In the Galley there are two porcelainsinks, pressurised water system, gas twin burner with a grill. Purpose built stowage for utensils, cutlery and crockery. Jabsco sea toilet in the fore cabin. Accommodation has a very homely feel. Open teak laid cockpit aft. Curved surround seating, a distinct feature of a McMillan yacht.
