New built, GRP constructed yacht with hi gloss grey hull, standard draft cast iron keel and binnacle mounted wheel steering. Large transom withsolid woodinlay and transom hot and cold shower. Pivoting helm seat allows easy access if moored stern too. Large cockpit with solid wood cockpit sole and wood inlaid locker tops. Wooden cockpit table with folding leaves and 12V light socket. Removeable when not in use and stores in a handy bag. Sail locker to starboard with additional locker adjacent to helm seat.
Dedicated life raft locker with securing points also housing the self draining and vented gas bottle storage unit. All deck surfaces covered in moulded non slip providing safe access around the decks. Stainless steel stanchions, push and pulpit rails with double set of stainless guard wires.
Large self bailing anchor locker with electric windlass, stainless steel stem head fitting and bow roller for easy deployment and retrieval. Mooring cleat fore, aft and mid ships for ease with stainless steel deck line protection. Hull to deck join attractively finished in a solid wood toe rail.
Vessel powered by an inboard Yanmar 3YM30 diesel engine. Engine control panel in cockpit with protective cover. Engine housed in a sound proofed compartment beneath the companionway steps. Easy access all round from side panels in heads and aft cabin.
Shaft drive via reduction gearbox. 3-bladed fixed propeller.
Fuel stored in a 130L capacity tank beneath the aft berth with low level alarm and electronic sender unit to gauge at switch panel.
12/220V circuit with dedicated engine start and bank of two domestic batteries. These are recharged from the engine alternator or the battery charger. Control panel at helm with isolator switches, illuminated panel and visual and audible alarms for battery, water and fuel levels.
Sails and Rigging
Sloop rigged yacht with deck stepped aluminium mast with twin spreaders. Aluminium boom with sail bag and lazy jacks. Roller furling genoa system and main sheet traveller on coachroof. Assymetric spinnaker rigging but no sail.
All lines led aft for ease.
Accommodation and layout
Beautifully finished interior combining functionality and comfort. Parquet style flooring and stained fruit wood paneling combined with ivory coloured fabric seat coverings and the natural light emanating from the panoramic windows and port lights make your time afloat relaxing and enjoyable.
This is the three cabin version popular with families allowing sons and daughters their own cabin whilst mum and dad get the spacious fore cabin. All cabins have full standing headroom, marine mattresses and ventilation. Large hanging wardrobe and storage spaces. Lots of natural light and ventilation from the portholes.
The main saloon features a large "Deluxe version" wooden table with drop leaves. L shaped seating to port with settee opposite on starboard side. Plentiful storage along hull with dedicated bottle stowage. The saloon has the additional double berth conversion for those unexpected guests.
Galley area with laminated work surfaces, twin stainless steel sink unit with pressurised hot and cold water via mixer tap. Gimballed gas oven with 2 burner hob and safety bar. There is also a 220V Microwave oven for quickness. 130L capacity front opening fridge for perishables. Work top has a built in drainer with cover that doubles as a chopping board. Lots of storage cupboards for provisions mounted along the hull.
