    <strong>Remarks :</strong><br />Beneteau Oceanis 37 cruising yacht with shoal draft fin keel. This is the three cabin version with two spacious double cabins in the rear and the "Owners" cabin with dressing table in bow. This boat has been on Lake Windermere since new and has benefitted from three good owners who have lovingly maintained her. Good specification including cabin heating and teak cockpit sole.<br />The cockpit is huge with a wooden drop leaved table that includes a removable light. Decent locker storage for long range cruising. Sails include a semi battened main with lazy jack bag and roller furling genoa with protective luff sock.<br />Inboard Yanmar 3YM30 diesel engine with shaft driven 3-bladed propeller. Below decks is comfortable with well equipped galley including gas oven and microwave. Large heads with shower, sea toilet and holding tank.<br />

    <strong>Accommodation :</strong><br /><p>Below decks, the interior is both warm and welcoming. Interior wood is finished in stained fruitier wood and the interior is bright and airy thanks to the panoramic side windows, numerous deck hatches and port lights.</p> <p>Cabin is entered via the sliding hatch and door. No more wash boards disappearing over the transom. Companionway steps are covered with wood and non slip tape and lead down into the main saloon. The flooring is parquet style and is attractive and hard wearing.</p> <p>To the rear and on either side of the companionway steps are the port and starboard aft cabins. Each is a spacious double with 1.94 M headroom, marine mattresses and have hanging lockers, opening ports to hull and cockpit, 12V reading lights and 12V deck head lighting.</p> <p>Returning to the main cabin and continuing forward on port side is the L_shaped galley with plentiful easy clean preparation surfaces, twin stainless steel sinks with hot &amp;amp; cold pressurised water with mixer tap, energy saving fresh and sea water foot pumps, 110 Litre front opening fridge, gas fuelled oven with 2-burner hob and lots of cupboard storage along the hull with space for crockery and provisions.</p> <p>Large saloon seating area with majority situated on port side. Central deluxe drop leaved table with additional settee on starboard side. At aft end of starboard settee is the chart table with chart storage, 12/220V panel, CD/radio player, ST60 Tridata giving log/speed and depth, tack tick wind indicator&amp;nbsp;and Chart reading light.</p> <p>Forward cabin with double berth with marine mattresses and wardrobe hanging space to starboard and to port a dressing area with mirror, seat, drawers and additional overhead storage lockers.</p> <p>The heads is large and bright and features a sea toilet with electric flush and holding tank, mirrored storage units and hot and cold pressurised shower with automatic draining.</p><br />

Engine regularly serviced. <p>12/220V system with dedicated 70amph engine start battery and 2X110 amph service batteries fitted with isolators and engine coupling. These are recharged via the 80Ah alternator or the 25 amp battery charger and shore power unit. Smart swith panel with electronic gauges for water and fuel levels, battery levels and low level alarms. All cabins fitted with low energy halogen lighting and there are 220V cabin sockets. 12V socket at chart table for recharging phones and other equipment.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Sails &amp;amp; Rigging:</strong></span></p> <p>Sloop rigged yacht with deck stepped aluminium mast and boom. Double set of cross trees with stainless wire standing rigging. Main sheet traveller on coach roof forward of spray hood allowing a clutter free cockpit and easy single handed sailing.</p> <p>Furling system for head sail with adjustable genoa sheet tracks on side decks. Harken H46.2 self tailing genoa sheet winches mounted either side of cockpit and Harken 35.2 self tailing halyard winch mounted on port side of companionway. All running rigging led aft through a series of blocks and deck organisers to set of 5 clutches.</p> <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Construction:</strong></span><br />Finot Conq hull design with emphasis on performance and spaciousness. Instantly recognisable from the sleek styling, panoramic windows and flowing lines make this one of the most desirable 37 footers on the market today. Italian designers, Nauta Design have come up with an interior layout and design which compliments the exterior and provides a high level of comfort. <p>White, hi gloss gelcoat hull and topsides with silver and grey decoration. Hull to deck join attractively finished in a solid wood toerail. Diamond point non skid deck surfaces allow safe and easy access around the decks. Spacious, self draining cockpit with solid wood floor and locker top seating. Great storage with starboard side locker, access door to solid wood laid bathing platform, large wet locker with life raft stowage points and twin gas bottle locker.</p> <p>Wheel steering with leather covered stainless steel wheel mounted on binnacle with single lever engine control, Raymarine depth/log and tacktick wind instruments, illuminated compass and all covered by a smart navy blue canvas cover. Matching dodgers mounted on side rails.</p> <p>Self bailing anchor locker forward with strong point, stainless steel bow fitting with anchor roller, and electric windlass. Stainless steel stanchions with double set of guard wires, wooden grab rails on either side of coachroof and stainless steel pulpit and pushpit rails keep all aboard safe and secure when moving around the decks.</p><br />
