    A rare opportunity to acquire one of these unique motor sailers this side of the Atlantic. This Northeast 400, designed by Mark Ellis and built by Cabo Rico Custom Yachts, has been configured for comfortable and easy two handed cruising. It was first commissioned in 2000 for its sole owner in Guernsey after having been on display at the Earls Court Boat Show in London (copy of Yachting Monthly report available on request).
