cruiser with 8 berths.

The Conrad 40 is well constructed yacht with good sailing characteristics, and definitely interesting when you are looking for a yacht for a large crew. The owner has in recent years made a number of investments and the boat is now ready for use.
The cockpit is divided into two so that the helmsman sits apart and the crew have freedom of movement. Around the cockpit are 5 heavy winches and all lines are led aft. The teak deck has had several years ago thorough maintenance and is in good condition. The rigging is heavy-duty and the keel stepped mast is equipped with running backstays.
Upon entering the seating is left, and right you will find the galley and navigation area. In the stern and bow are 4 double cabins. Behind double beds and bunk beds. Left of the entrance is a head which serves as a store for sailing gear, etc. To the right is the toilet. The engine compartment is under the cockpit and easily accessible for service.
