Remarks :

This Elan 295 was built in 1999 specifically for the original owner with many upgrades. DOCHAS is a well-equipped and maintained 30 foot cruiser/racer. Commisioned in 2000.

DOCHAS has been club raced (IRC rating 2016 0.920) and family cruised over the last six years to Channel Isles, Brittany and the Scillies. The standing rigging was replaced in 2013, Mainsail and Jib were replaced in 2015. In the previous ownership she was berthed in Dublin and was club raced for 5 years and little used for 5 years.

The Elan 295 appeals to professional and amateur sailing crews as well as families who love to holiday on the water.
