    Clipper Marine Port Solent are delighted to present this very well maintained and beautiful Hallberg-Rassy 36 1991. The present owners are looking to retire from sailing. 

     


     


    Fire Extinguishers


    Firemaster 1.5kg automatic gas in engine compartment.

    Electric winch modified with up and down Lofrans' switches on deck.

    Main 20.4kg CQR with 75m of chain (marked every 3m).

    Kedge 6.8kg CQR with 10m of chain and 40m warp.

    Doyle Main Sail 3 slab reefs original.

    Hood Foresail roller reefed original.

    Storm jib and heavy weather no.1 high cut all orignal (stowed under forecabin bed).

     

     


    Pushpit and Seats


    'T' Post fitted to pushpit for Navtex/GPS aerials and stern light. This allows dinghy to be on the transom without affecting the stern light, aerials, dan buoys and two horse shoe lifebuoys. All with lights.

    Ensign flown on backstay.  


    Bathing Ladder


    Bathing platform with platform ladder.


    Dinghy/Outboard Motor


    Honda wave dinghy which can be stowed securely on bathing platform and to push pit backstay. Deflated fits in cockpit locker Honda 2.3hp 4 stroke outboard on pushpit bracket. 


    Cockpit


    4 Versions of tables, one of which seats 6 people.

    Wheel can be removed and fitted below.

    Wheel leather covered.

    One of tables is teak grating which can also be used to increase helmsperson height by 4.25" (10.5cm)

    2x Cockpit covers, 1x Later Version with windows, 1x Old Original used during winter months.

    Standard navigation/engine/autopilot instruments (Raymarine/Autohelm).

    Electric horn button on compass binnacle.  


    Bilge Pump


    In addition to standard manual and electric the engine cooling has been modified to act as a bilge pump.

    Bilge Alarm fitted.


    Blinds


    Except for fore cabin hatch, all hatches and portlights fitted with 'OceanAir' blinds 


    TV


    Aerial and 12v in saloon and stern cabin.


    Speed Log


    Transducer housing replaced with version that reduces water flow when removing transducer/blank.


    Heads


    Stainless Steel holding tank.

    Outlet looped to prevent siphoning.

    Secondary sea cock for closing flushing water.

     


    Cabins/Berths


    8 Berths in total.

    Fore cabin 2 singles or double, carpeted. Saloon 3 (one is a pilot berth), fitted carpets onboard but not laid. Aft cabin, 1 double and 1 single, carpeted. 4 berths with lee clothes.


    Gas


    Gas alarm.

    2 Cylinders with change over valve and secure for heavy weather.

    Locker drain increased to more than twice original size to prevent gas locker flooding in heavy weather.

    Domestic

    2X Varta 12v 140Ah deep cycle, maintenance FREE.

    New August 2015.

    Battery monitor and reverse pulse de-sulphation unit fitted.

    Engine

    Standard car battery, approx 5 years old.

    Engine start if 'flat battery'. Switch installed to parallel 'Domestic Batteries'.

    General


    Spare water containers onboard/wire cutters (stays & shrouds)/hatch covers/Maintenance and instruction manuals/electrical wiring diagrams/side lights can be stowed inboard of pulpit to prevent damage by bad drivers in marinas/spare stanchions also onboard.
