    Jeanneau - Sun Odyssey 32

A very clean example with stylish, dark blue-coloured topsides and matching canvas work.

The 'owners' version offers the larger aft cabin, U-shaped galley with larger refrigerator and this one is finished internally with the welcoming 'Honey-coloured teak'.

A good array of reputable instruments, strategically located around the cockpit makes for a good display of sailing instrumentation.

With relatively low engine hours 'SERENADE' exhibits all the hallmarks of having been privately used through-out her life and to have been lovingly maintained.

    Sails and spars

The Sun Odyssey 32, being masthead rigged, with 'Stack-pack' style mainsail cover, and this one also being fitted with a boom strut, is relatively simple to sail. Two single reefs are provided for the mainsail and the headsail is roller reefing.

    Sails included:

          Mainsail
          Roller reefing genoa
          Storm Jib

    Mechanical and electrical systems

Volvo Penta MD2020, 19HP diesel (only 570 recorded hrs).

    70 litre fuel tank.

3 x lead acid, deep cycle batteries, charged by 55A engine-driven alternator plus a photo-voltaic (solar) panel. A 220-240V AC battery charger may be connected when the vessel is connected to shore support.

    Accommodation

Six berths in two cabins plus the main saloon - the 'owner's version, rather than the charter layout.

'V'-berth with infill in forward cabin, with hanging locker.

Large main saloon finished in the more sought-after honey-coloured 'Teak' veneered woodwork; light and airy, with fixed hull ports adding to the light values. Centreline table with seating/berths facing over, chart table and chart storage in starboard aft corner, forward of the U-shaped galley.

A more generous than in the case of the 'charter version'  aft cabin, with hanging locker outboard and batteries and tankage beneath the double berth.

The heads compartment is to port, immediately forward of the aft cabin, with good access at the foot of the main companionway. A hot and cold water pressurised shower is fitted, with the grey water pumped directly overboard.

The galley features a single, deep sink with mixer tap, Gimballed cooker, with 2 burners, oven and grill, and generously deep, refrigerated cool box. Being of U-shape, the galley appears notably secure to be able to work in at sea (a webbing bum-strap is also included in the vessel's inventory) and the amount of closed locker stowage is notable.

Radio/CD player with cabin and cockpit speakers.

Good size cockpit with teak table, teak laid seats and cockpit sole, central steering binnacle with instrumentation.

Raymarine ST60 Tridata, giving speed and depth mounted on wheel pod.
Raymarine ST60 wind instrument, for both speed and direction - mounted on wheel pod.
