1965 - A unique opportunity to own this classic wood built example of the rare and pretty Latham 23. This example is the second of a pair which was built locally in Poole by Mr Ken Latham during the 1960s. Ken was so pleased with his first 23' boat that he built a second one in her image which we are now proud to offer for sale. The hull is a conventional carvel of African mahogany on an oak timber frame while the decking is teak laid planking. She is splined down to the waterline and caulked below with a transom hung wooden rudder and a bronze 3-bladed propellor. One of six originally built and now only five remain. A locally built classic boat rarely for sale.
