well maintained classic seaworthy yacht

The Swan 38 is a Sparkman & Stephens design of which there are approximately 116 built in the course of the '70s. The boat has excellent sailing properties and has been proven very seaworthy. Like all Swans the design very beautiful and still an eye-catcher.
The deck and the placement of the deckgear show the sporty character of the boat with, a.o. semi-flush stored spinnaker pole. The teak deck of this boat looks better than to be expected on the basis of age. Only a few rubbers are thin, but the deck itself is solid, is fixed and leakproof. The gelcoat still looks very good too.
The interior of fine satin varnished teak is classically arranged with two sofas and a folding table in the middle. In the flanks are berths for extra sleeping accommodations that are comfortable at sea. Right is the galley with stove, oven and cooling. Left navigation table with the necessary equipment. In the front is the head and a cabin with V-berth. In the stern are two single beds. The engine is good for service accessible by stairs and formwork eliminate.
