Impressive new Dehler 46 takes shape
If you’re interested in the progress being made with the Dehler 46 prototype, here’s the latest image of the hull being attached to the deck.
The hull of the new Dehler 46 entered production just a few days ago and this is being hailed as another important milestone by parent company Hanse.
What can we expect of the Dehler 46
This fast yacht will be strong, elegant and high-quality with dynamic lines spanning the entire length of the boat and characterized by an aluminum strip above the side windows. It will appeal to the German market and North Europeans who love to sail and are looking for high performace, comfort and great interior design quality.
Creating a lasting impression
The Dehler 46 is being built for succees in the fast lane with a great deal of attention going into its appearance and the technology used for its build. Expect an ultra modern interior along with high-performance sailing characteristics.
To satisfy two different types of boat buyer, there will be two versions of the same boat when it comes to market. Changes made to the hull, mast, keel and rudder specifications will differentiate the standard cruising version sold at very attractive prices, and the higher-priced ‘racing’ version. The racing version is essentially a better performance cruiser.
More details on the “creation of a future icon” as Hanse are billing it, will be available in the coming weeks!
