This is a wonderful 20' GRP sailing boat, built in 1990, which I've happily owned for the last 5 years. I'm moving to the USA, so need to sell. It's been well looked after and is therefore in great condition for its age. The boat is fitted with a mainsail and a genoa, and powered by a very reliable 4hp Mercury (4-stroke, long shaft).
The boat is easily sailed single-handedly (especially with the autopilot on), but with room for three or four additional crew / passengers.
It has a really wide beam (8'), relative to the length (20'), which makes it incredibly stable when sailing in rough seas, but also makes it nice and spacious inside.
This is a four berth boat. In the bow section there is a nice twin birth, whilst to the aft there are two single berths; one to port, and one to starboard.
There is a sink and tap, and a small gas stove with two burners. Electric lighting runs through the ceiling and there's a fan also. There's loads of storage, useful cubby holes, shelves and cabinets under the seats and above them also.
The interior is dry, clean and well insulated, making it very cosy and well-protected from the elements.
The boat comes with free berthing at Brighton Marina until 31 May 2017.
