Remarks :
Here we have for sale an exceptional Vindo 32 built 1976 - A distinctive yacht offering the rare combination of a glasssfibre boat with the look and feel of a traditional wooden yacht. Described by Ferenc Mate as one of his 'worlds best sail boats' he notes that 'they are without parallel in yacht building today' with 'workmanship so precise a violin maker couldn't improve on it' and with a look aboard it is possible to see some of the reasons he drew these conclusions.

Every aspect of this lovely yacht, from the functional to the cosmetic, has been lovingly restored and maintained by the present owners. Offered with a long list of upgrades and improvements carried out by current and previous owners she is a truly attractive and quality sailing vessel.

2014 Survey available on request.

Viewing highly recommended.

Part exchange welcome & Finance available
Accommodation :

ACCOMMODATION

The Vindo’s traditional styling is very much in evidence below deck where there’s almost nothing to suggest that this is a glassfibre boat. The deck head is traditional style, painted white between varnished laminated deck beems. The joinery is high quality throughout in mahogany and teak and still looks in immaculate condition.

The main hatch is a traditional style hinged doors, with a washboard beneath and a low bridge deck for easy access to the accommodation. The accommodation is well lit with large L-shaped settee to the stbd and single to port. The stbd seat back hinges up to make a wider bed and Pullman berth above as well as giving acess to stowage behind.

The heads compartment located forward has a moulded basin that slides out with ease above the toilet. There’s also a locker and large mirror. Opposite the heads there’s a large full length hanging locker with shelves.

The galley has all the nessesary storage and draws for practical use with a very large chart table opposite.

The forcabin, in traditional style, wooden battens line the hull sides and the high standard of joinery is clear.

Accommodation

Sleeps 4-5

Forward cabin converts to a double

Heads – jabsco marine toilet

Pull out hand basin

Galley with twin burner meths cooker

Coolbox

Mahogany joinery throughout
