Very unique change to sail a young Linssen Grand Sturdy® 410 AC MKII from 1st owner who was sailing only 160 hours in prestine condition and with an almost endless range of extras such as:

* Ventilation-package existing of: Mosquito-screen in Port dropping window saloon, Mosquito-screens for panorama/escape hatches (2x), Mosquito-screens for portholes (6x, 2x AC, 4x FC), Rain protection hoods for portholes (6x, 2x AC, 4x FC)
* Double-glazed windows (Thermic Line) in all windows of the saloon (incl. entrance door). Windows are provided with 100% thermal insulation to avoid cold transfer through the aluminium window profiles. Result; no condense, a permanent clear view and excell
* Polished stainless steel hinged side ladder integrated in deck rail (Port and Starboard)
* Stainless steel bollards on bathing platform (2x)
* Mahogany/ash passerelle including stainless steel passerelle/boat hook supports on cabin deck
* Hydraulic mast lower system incl. control at steering position. Powered by hydraulic system main engine(s)
* Hydraulic passerelle in high gloss polished stainless steel 316, two-part extending until 2450 mm, incl. automatic stanchion and teak grating. Lift capacity 260 kg.
