Description:
Brooke Marine of Lowestoft, England, are responsible for this lovely twin screw motor cruiser. Research shows they have an enviable history of boat and yacht building. Their customers were wealthy families, the military and individuals campaigning record-breaking race boats. Brooke Marine, founded in 1874 was finally wound up in 1993. The boat for sale here is incredibly rare and I would challenge anyone to find another. She has been gradually worked on over the last five years to ensure the main structure and mechanical components are sound and she is now ready for finishing. The completion will require a new interior, finishing deck planking, floorboards and other details. This work is open to personal preference and the attached photos show two preliminary layouts. Once completed, this boat would be perfect for the Italian Lakes, Henley, South of France or equally, back at home on the Broads.
