San Lorenzo 70, built in 1991 in Italy. A well maintained and attractive yacht. She has great accommodation and inventory. Skipper maintained, she had a complete Osmosis Prevention Treatment in 2007 with a five year guarantee. Twin MAN 1100 HP diesels were rebuilt in 2002. Teak to flybridge, aft, side and fore decks. Bow and stern thrusters. Crane on flybridge to stow good sized RIB. Hydraulic passarelle. Her interior is fully air conditioned and is well executed and planned with a superb midships owners cabin plus a VIP double forward and excellent twin accessed separately from the saloon. SLEEPS SIX GUESTS IN THREE CABINS PLUS TWO CREW
The master cabin is mid ships and has a king size double bed, walk in wardrobe and plenty of storage space. En-suite facilities include a low-level bath with shower, toilet and basin.
Forward is the VIP cabin, which has a queen size double bed and ample of wardrobe and cupboard space. The en-suite has a toilet, basin and shower,
The guest cabin is aft and has two single beds which can be converted into a double. This cabin is also en-suite with a toilet , basin and large shower.
The crew cabin in situated in the bow and is reached through a hatch on deck. A toilet and shower compliments two single berths.
The spacious saloon has a dining table to port, which can be raised and lowered and a coffee table to starboard.
