The present owners purchased the yacht approximately 10 years ago. They had only a little sailing experience but wanted a yacht suited for a world adventure - and having completed this journey are now selling.
The interior design gives lots of light below with the light interior woodwork, the extra ceiling height, and the large windows . The centre cockpit design provides a large seating area with four comfortable corners for seating while cruising. The dining table folds out to accommodate a large dinner group. The aft steering station is another plus as it provides a separate area for the helm and sheet winches, and is a real plus in Med-mooring.
During their ownership, the present owners have invested in an extensive refit that included new teak decks and a complete paint job (topsides and superstructure). A full time captain has overseen a comprehensive maintenance routine that has included many upgrades and improvements. Current replacement cost would exceed $2m, making this a very good value at her competitive asking price. |
