Description:
This is possibly the best Colvic Watson I have ever seen and is in beautiful condition with most of the gear recently replaced and has a spacious saloon and enclosed wheelhouse with good headroom throughout. In 2005/6 this yacht was completely refurbished inside and out. The hardwood bilge keels were renewed, the hull antifouled, the topsides resprayed and the sails were cleaned and checked by Kemps. The interior furniture was renewed using top quality plywood with American cherry hardwood and American cherry veneers, and the foam backed vinyl headlining in the saloon and wheelhouse was renewed. All the upholstery was renewed with velour, the cabin flooring was refitted with new laminated holly strip ply and the galley had a new sink and taps. Early viewing is highly recommended.
General Equipment:
Open plan main cabin with 511 headroom. Single vee berth forward, dinette layout to port which drops down to form a double and galley to starboard consisting of a Flavel Vanessa gimballed 2-burner gas cooker with grill and oven, stainless steel sink with pressurised cold water supply and further storage. Separate heads compartment with Raske marine toilet. Blue velour upholstery with cream curtains and teak and holly sole boards throughout (replaced in 2006). Fully enclosed wheelhouse with instrumentation and 62 headroom.
