Description:
Elegant, unmistakable and unquestionably seaworthy, the Contessa 32 appears to be one of those few designs that never dates. She seems to have been born into her own timeless zone, watching others come and go around her. This example is the first Contessa 32 to be built in Jeremy Rogers yard since 1982 and is just as popular now as it was twenty five years ago. Early viewing is highly recommended as Im sure there will be lots of interest in this real classic, now reduced to a very realistic asking price.
General Equipment:
6 berths in 2 cabins with 6 headroom in saloon. Two berths forward with double berth infill. Heads to port with Jabsco marine toilet and wash basin. Saloon with settee berth to port which converts to a double, a settee berth to starboard and folding dining table with drinks inset bottle stowage. Galley to port with blue Coryan worktop, Plastimo Neptune 2000 two burner cooker with grill and oven, twin sinks and coolbox. Navigation area aft to starboard with forward facing chart table and quarter berth. Teak saloon floor. Blue curtains. Lee cloths to saloon berths. Retaining strap in galley. Beige coloured vinyl upholstery. Eberspacher D2 diesel fired heating system.
Safety Equipment:
2 x fire extinguishers. Fire blanket. 4 x lifejackets with harnesses. Ocean Safety 4-person canister liferaft mounted on deck (last serviced 2008). Flares (only 2 in date). First aid kit. Horseshoe lifebuoy. Floating light. Whale manual bilge pump. EPIRB (ACR) - will install a new 5 year battery. Grab bag. Firdell Blipper radar reflector on the mast. Plastic coated jackstays on side-decks. 2 x harness eyes in cockpit.
