Description:
The Nordship 28 is a spacious centre cockpit Danish built family cruiser with extended topsides allowing a virtually flush deck and very roomy interior. This yacht is in good condition with a full cruising inventory including furling mainsail and genoa.
Mechanical Systems
Volvo MD2002/120S, twin cylinder, 18hp diesel engine with saildrive leg. Sea water cooled. 3 bladed folding propeller.
2 x 12 volt batteries (new 2006) charging from alternator. 240v shore power system with Enag 12 amp battery charger and 13 amp sockets.
Sails & Spars
Masthead bermudan sloop rig. Silver anodised aluminium mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging. Terylene running rigging. Facnor behind the mast furling mainsail system. Sailspar headsail furling system. Boomkicker strut. 2 x Andersen 28 self-tailing sheet winches. Harken 8 halyard winch.

Accommodation:
6 berths in 3 cabins with approx. 510 max headroom. Large single berth forward. Saloon with drop leaf table, single settee berth to starboard and L-shaped settee to port (which converts to a double). Fold down chart table at aft end of port saloon seating. Galley aft to starboard with Eno 3 burner gas stove with oven, galley sink with pressurised hot and cold water supply, crockery and cutlery and two coolboxes. Separate heads compartment aft to port with Brydon marine toilet, wash basin and shower. Hot and cold freshwater supply to sink, wash basin and shower via calorifier and immersion heater. Eberspacher D3L diesel fired central heating. Separate aft cabin accessed through cockpit with two single berths.
