| Die BALTIC 42 wurde von Ihrem deutschen Eigner in der Regel jährlich nur ein halbes Jahr gesegelt und für den Rest des Jahres an Land gestellt. Laufende Investitionen tragen zum Werterhalt bei. Mit grossem finanziellem Aufwand wurde 2001 ein grösseres Refit durchgeführt, einschliesslich der Epoxid-Beschichtung des Rumpfes von aussen und innen, dem Einbau neuer Tanks, neue Polster, neue Deckenverkleidung, neue Lampen u.v.m.
Inzwischen wurde auch eine neue Welle und Stopfbuchse eingebaut, wie oben beschrieben erhielt der Motor und das Getriebe eine grössere Revision und die Segel sind knapp 3 Saisons benutzt.
Wer einen modernen Klassiker sucht, findet hier eine schnelles und fast schon legendäres Yachtdesign zu einem fairen Preis.
There is just one owner since buying from the yard in 1979. Basically the German owner was sailing her half a year and left her on the hard for the rest of the year.
It was set much value upon continious maintenance and upgrading including renewing Mast and Rigging in 1992. A major refit was carried out in 2001 including Epoxi Coating of the Hull outside and inside, new tanks, new upholstery, new lamps and much more. Finally there was also a special revision of the Perkins Engine and the gearbox in 2006 including the renewing of the shaft and the Shaft Sealing.
The BALTIC 42 C+C Design is a fast and beautiful modern Classic. Someone looking for that very special yacht, could possibly find it here at a reasonable price.
