| This Cheoy Lee 43 is a unique and beautiful motorsailor with excellent sail performance. This ship offers much space and comfort and is constantly updated by its current owner. It is now offered by its third owner, and a real opportunity for anyone looking for a solid motorsailor.
The outside of the ship looks tough and robust. The design has something invincible about it, and it shows that no sea is too high for this Cheoy Lee.
This ship is build with a ketch rig but is converted by the current owner in 2002 into a sloop rigged yacht. The complete rig and sails are renewed. The second mast however, is still present. The current owner has also relocated the steering wheel from the cockpit to the superstructure. This offers a much better view at the surroundings and at the old location a nice cockpit table can be fitted.
In 2003, the entire decks are provided with cork and looks great. The cockpit offers excellent comfort for the entire crew. The side decks are spacious, and the foredeck is huge. Here is the electric windlass fitted.
Entering the wheel house you’ll notice the nautical and warm atmosphere of the interior. Here is the second steering wheel and lots of space. From the wheel house the 2 rear cabins can be reached ( 1 single person and 1 two persons), which share a very nice common bathroom. From the wheel house moving forwards you’ll enter the very spacious saloon. This is very light and offers an excellent view. At starboard is the large and comfortable U-shaped settee, which can be converted into a 2-person bed. At port side is the enormous galley with lots of cupboard space. Entirely in the forepeak is the owners cabin. Here too lots of space can be found and a enormously large island bed. The owner cabin has its own bathroom with an electric toilet and large shower.
This well maintained ship is not only very complete equipped and spacious. It offers also a great possibility for long sea travels or live on board.
