Berthing paid until July 16th. ALO Yachts are well known in Scandinavia for building high quality yachts. Petite Soleil has lovely teak cabinetry, paraffin central heating, and a very spacious interior for the size of boat. It is a fast boat which sails very close to the wind and has a lead keel which makes it very stable in bigger seas. The boat is in good condition and is not heavily worn. There is a new autopilot, new water pumps, new fridge compressor, new toilet and no other urgent maintenance to be done on the boat. The sails and rigging are in good condition and the engine starts immediately as it has been well maintained. There is also a spare genoa, jib, and storm jib which are all in good condition.
