Condition
Generator is not operational and has not been since owner purchased the vessel. Minor exterior deck dings and dock rash. No structural damage beyond gel-coat observed. Bottom is cleaned with diving service, zincs replaced QTR-4 2021. Diver shares underwater video inspections with owner with no blisters reported. Newly replaced isinglass at bridge a partial panels on port half of sundeck. Captain's chair plywood substrate is degraded and needs replacement. Upholstery is observed in good condition. Seller reports the engines run hot and his mechanic states the risers need to be cleaned or replaced. Seller is very negotiable, with the current deficiencies, to sell the Boat as-is; where-is; upon accepted offer the seller will accommodate for buyer to perform inspections and in-water survey. Seller does plan on correcting the risers in the near future. Once repairs are made seller will be more firm on price.
