This 250 Chateau is always stored indoors during the Winter and covered at the lake when not in use, the owner confirms.

Powered by a 150 HP Mercury outboard engine with a stainless steel prop. The outboard has a diagnostic every year with fluid changes and winterizing.

The 'Chateau' deck layout is unique and is excellent for entertaining family and friends. The galley comes with a sink with freshwater holding tank, stainless steel drawers and a roll-out cooler. The curved table seats four comfortably and the seats are removable when an open deck is needed.

The cockpit is comfortable with clear gauges, a tilting steering wheel, hour meter, Garmin depth and fish finder, trim control and more.

The bow area has full wrap-around seating for sunbathing and gatherings for family and friends. The center seat removes for access to the bow swim deck. At the end of the seating on the port side is a hide-a-way, pop-up style, changing/privacy room.

Also includes: Full cover and bimini top, AM/FM/Satellite stereo with Bluetooth and speakers, newer deep-cycle marine battery, front and back swim decks with ladder, accent lighting and USB port.

The back swim deck has a ski line tower over the outboard for pulling tubers, skiers and wakeboarders.

This Pontoon boat comes with a EZ Loader double axle trailer in good condition, the owner confirms.
