1996 Holiday Mansion Barracuda 39 Houseboat has a light and roomy feeling and is a great alternative to a cabin on the beach or bay.
She is great for dockside entertaining but also a capable coastal cruiser with the twin Volvo gas engines and wide beam hull.
The well-ventilated cabin, covered foredeck, and large cabin-top sundeck make this houseboat a comfortable place to live.
The full gallery features a residential refrigerator, stove, oven microwave & double kitchen sink.
Plenty of deck & cockpit space so family & friends can spread out and relax.

Update ~ September 13, 2021. 1996 Holiday Mansion Barracuda 39 Houseboat has typical wear and tear for its age. At this time, one of the outdrives is stuck in gear and will need attention. On a recent inspection, one engine started, but the belts broke, and the other engine wouldn't operate due to a bad starter. The owner is not living aboard but has quite a few personal furnishings that are not included in the sale. Please check the features list for the included items. One Volvo Penta 5.0FL has 538 hours on the port & 608 hours on the starboard.
