This Houseboat was custom built in 2003 on two steel pontoons with three steel support beams. The interior wood walls, ceiling and floor give it a rustic flair. It comes with one stateroom but can sleep six comfortably. With the open floor plan and the large patio, it is great for entertaining.

The living area features a reclining sofa, reclining loveseat and oversized reclining chair as well as a futon. It also comes with an entertainment center, large LCD flat-panel LG TV and a Sony DVD player with a large library of movies. Enjoy the custom rustic bar or bring in a dining table.

The helm controls are just as you come in the off the main patio. There you have access to all the gauges, generator, depth-fishfinder and engine controls.

The kitchen features a large bar that can accommodate at least 4 bar stools, a kitchen island with a propane 3-burner stove and oven, double stainless steel sink, microwave and a residential fridge with ice maker that is only two years old. There is an abundance of cabinets to store all your kitchen essentials, lots of counter space and a nice stone backsplash.

The bath features a foot pedal flush toilet, large vanity with drawers, under-sink storage, large rustic mirror with rustic over-the-mirror lights, large walk-in shower with glass door and a linen closet for all your towels and bathroom essentials.

The master bedroom features a rustic queen bed with two matching nightstands, storage cabinets above the bed, mirrored closet doors, LED flat-panel LG TV and a sliding patio door with the best view.

From the master, step onto the back patio and throw out a line or enjoy your morning coffee. The spiral staircase takes you to the top of the boat where it is a blank canvass. Turn it into an observation deck or a 2nd entertaining area. The possibilities are endless.

The main patio has easy access from the deck through the metal gate. This patio is set up for the ultimate in relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy the plush chairs and bar height table along with a grill, storage bench seating, an additional storage cart, outdoor lights, two ceiling fans and powered awnings for when you need a little more shade. Each awning can be powered separately, or can all be controlled at the same time. The french doors into the main living and in the bedroom also have internal blinds. The air conditioner uses raw water to cool.
