A mini video series featuring Team GB sailor Alex Mills-Barton.

This cracking six-part video series will see the guys from Mailspeed Marine and BoatShop24 getting to grips with a number of new skills. They will also be chatting to Alex about all things boating, the Olympics and what it takes to get into the world of sailing.

In this video you can learn all the basics about the boat - a laser - and get a feel for all of its different elements, whilst learning how to set it up.

Alex takes the guys from Mailspeed Marine and BoatShop24 through some basic sailing techniques, jibes and tacks and also some straight-line sailing.

The pair put everything that Team GB sailor Alex Mills Barton taught them in videos one and two into practice and we also learn some basic tacking tips from Alex.

He goes through some quick jibes, 360 degree turns and also some capsize drills.

Jack and Balazs attempt some capsize drills, among others, in front of Alex who is a member of the Team GB sailing team.

Jack and Balazs have been shown all the techniques required over the series and only one can come out on top! Watch the video to see who will be crowned the champion.
