23' Trailerable Sailboat - All you need to take it where you want to sail, and get her underway!

This 1978 O'Day 23-2 is the first year of the 2nd generation O'Day 23! This trailerable model run was manufactured until 1984.

It features sleeping accommodations for five people, with a double V-berth in the bow cabin, a drop-down dinette table (in need of some repair) that converts to a double berth and a single settee berth on the starboard side. The cockpit has an ice box on the starboard side. The head is located in the bow cabin on the port side.

Cabin headroom on the O'Day 23-2 is up from 55" to 60" headroom.

This small recreational keelboat is built predominantly of fiberglass, with wood trim. It has a masthead sloop rig, a transom-hung rudder and a folding centerboard keel.

This boat is fitted with a Johnson 8hp two-stroke engine.

The design has a PHRF racing average handicap of 240 and a hull speed of 6 knots.
