Engines and transmissions were removed. NO ENGINES OR TRANSMISSIONS are in the boat nor are they included in the sale. They were Detroit 8v71's. Generator is working and was repaired. The 2 airconditioners are functioning and also were repaired.
The Yacht is a salvage project....it sunk several years ago. Renovations were completed Sept 2022 for below decks and top decks.
The current owner supervised a 3 year complete rebuild of the entire downstairs and main salon. The teak wook looks amazing as does the fit and finish throughout. Review the pictures in the listing. The seller states that he spent $125,000 in the process.
The next owner will need to complete the project by installing engines ....or to use it for a live aboard, rental or Air bnb.

Condition
Entire downstares and main saloon was renovated by replacement after taking it down to the fiberglass. Project took 3 years to complete. Yacht sunk (turned over on its side) several years ago and needed to be gutted and everything replaced. Well done...see pictures. The engines and transmissions were removed. shafts and props remain. Flybridge needs all electronics replaced. Decks appear to be solid after a walkthrough. Air conditioners were repaired as was the Generator.
