She was built in 2007 at Crumpler Shipyard, Orange, Texas. Her dimensions are 65x 20 x 5. She carries a Hull Identification Number (HIN) LAZ 77205i818. Clear title, registered in 2018. She is constructed with a sheer bow, square stern and semi-flat bottom. Currently has 4000 gallons of fuel in the 8000 gallon tank. 800 gallons of grey water in one of the tanks, other is empty, along with the ice hold.
The hull is configured below deck with forward water tank/ collision bulkhead, then forepeak storage compartment. Aft of this is the engine room with wing fuel tanks. This space is followed by a storage area with bins constructed on the port and starboard side. The lazarette is aft with the shaft tube located on the centerline. The below deck areas are accessed through hatches and ladders from the main deck and the main deck cabin. The hull is well laid out.
The vessel is fitted with one (1) Master cabin located forward on the main deck level. The Master berth is fitted with a queen bunk on the centerline forward. There are presently no lockers or other fittings in the Master cabin. Another area in the hull roughed in for a (2) Master berth and Crew Quarters.
The single head is located on the main deck level forward on the port side. The head is fitted with a sink, shower and commode. The deck is fitted with non slip tile. Another head is roughed in downstairs.
The main deck is constructed of steel plate and fitted from forward with a anchor chute forward followed by an 6 mooring bitt on the centerline. The main deck is fitted with bulwarks on the full perimeter of the deck. There are access hatches in the bulwarks at either side of the cabin port and starboard as well as on the centerline aft. These hatches are constructed of steel plate and hinges. The main cabin is located forward on the main deck and extends to approximately 10 from the stern. The aft main deck is fitted with a circular ladder to the upper wheelhouse deck and lazarette hatch on the starboard side. There is a 6 mooring bitt on the centerline aft and 2 cleats on the aft quarters. The deck is well laid out and all fittings are easily accessible..
The vessel is fitted with one (1) main propulsion engine. This engine is a GM 8V71 diesel engine which is electrically started, keel cooled and dry exhaust. The main engine is coupled to a Twin Disc hydraulic reduction reversing gear turning a 4 shaft and 54 x 46 bronze four bladed wheel. Forward of the main engine is a Kubota 4 cylinder diesel engines fitted with a generator for electrical service to the vessel.I will put $20,000 towards central air/ heat with a full price offer.
