    This Douglas 32 is a long keeled classic design from Canada, with good accommodation in 4 berths and a spacious cockpit. 'Footloose' is presented in good condition for a yacht of this age with an updated engine and electronics. The hull shape is similar, but slightly more spacious above and below decks, than the well know Nicholson 32. Only two owners from new.     4 berths in 2 cabins with 6' 6" headroom. Two v-berths forward with double berth infill. Heads to port with marine toilet, wash basin and shower. Saloon with settee berths to port and starboard and folding dining table. Galley to port with two burner paraffin cooker, stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised water, crockery and cutlery and coolbox. Chart table to starboard with large coolbox under and instrumentation.
    Red patterned velour upholstery (new 2000). Curtains. Taylor paraffin cabin heater on forward bulkhead. 225 litres water capacity in 3 water tanks. Hot water heated by calorifier on the engine

    Masthead bermudan cutter rig. Kemp silver aluminium mast and boom (new 1988). Spinnaker pole. Adjustable backstay. Stainless steel standing rigging. Terylene running rigging.     Built to a Ted Brewer design by North American Mechanical Ltd in Canada in 1973. White painted GRP hull and superstructure with teak laid decks. The underwater hull has been epoxied. Long encapsulated lead keel with keel hung rudder and wheel steering. Self draining cockpit.
