    Very comfortable, seaworthy, well maintained and equipped ship with a deckhouse, refit in 2014 of € 30,000; mattresses, equipment, inverter, etc<br><br><strong>General</strong><br>Shape: round bilged<br>Rudder: aluminium semi-balanced rudder, rudder bearing renewed in June 2017<br>Steering system: Solimar pedestal (heavy-duty cable transmission and a large quadrant) with a large stainless steel steering wheel covered with leather and provided with a camel pedestal cover (September 2014)<br>Windows: 2x large Goiot deck hatch on the superstructure, 2x small Gebo deck hatch on the deckhouse and 9x Gebo Stalite window (in aluminium frame) in the deckhouse<br>Load displacement (kg): approx. 9250<br>Ballast (kg): lead approx. 4440 (48%)<br>Vertical clearance (m): approx.19.20 meter<br>Other: Aluminium hull with a "Stars and Stripes" blue Alu-Grip paint system. The hull is equipped with a teak rubbing strake with a stainless steel protection strip. Teak on cockpit seats, teak on the cockpit floor and teak around the cockpit. 3x Storage locker in the cockpit. There is a folding teak cockpit table attached to the pedestal. 2x Plastic air vent on the coachroof, 1x aluminium ventilation shell on the coachroof (above the bathroom). 6x Large aluminium cleat (also amidships). All plastic valves (also through the hull) are retractable. On the inside of the hull (from the water line) and the deck have been insulated with (light grey) foam mats (glued). In 2014 and 2015 has been approx. € 30,000 invested in the yacht (invoices are available). In September 2016 all old layers of antifouling have been sanded down from the underwaterhull, treaded with primer and 2 layers of nwe antifouling. At the same time all anodes have been renewed.<br><strong>Accommodation</strong><br>Material, colours: classic teak interior (by Devo Mill Hellevoetsluis-The Netherlands) in very good condition<br>Upholstery, curtains: dark blue upholstery in the saloon, blue leather upholstery on the seats with dark blue rib backrests in the deckhouse, leather seat at the chart table<br>Cabins: front cabin (double bed 2.00x1.95M), saloon (seats are 1.95m long), portside aft cabin (double bed - 1.90x1.20m), starboard aft cabin (single bed - 2.00x0.70m)<br>Berths: 5 - 7 berths<br>Headroom: approx 1.80 m (in aft cabins) - approx. 1.85 m (saloon) - approx. 1.87 m (front cabin) - approx. 1.94 m (galley and chart table) - approx. 1.35 m (deckhouse) - approx. 1.80 m (bathroom)<br>Cooking device: 2014: 2 burner ENO cooker<br>Other: Teak floorboards throughout. The left edge on the floor of the deckhouse is discoloured. In both aft cabins, in the saloon and in the front cabin is a creme (Neptune) carpet from 2014, the front cabin is equipped with luxury Talalay memory foam mattresses with slats and both aft cabins have luxury Neptune mattresses (both with an aeration foam layer <Airflow border and Airlift for moisture prevention> at the bottom). All cabinets are equipped with a ventilation grid. There is a new tap (hot/cold) installed in the galley in 2014 (only cold water at the moment). Chrome Wempe clock, barometer and hygrometer. It is easy to install a hot water boiler, because there are already hot-water hoses in the bathroom and in the galley and the hot water boiler can be connected to the heat exchanger from the engine.<br><strong>Engine, electrics, water</strong><br>Power: 50 Hp / 37 kW<br>Year built: 1993<br>Engine hours: approx. 3215 hours<br>Fuel tank: approx. 275 liter aluminium fuel tank, the fuel tank has completely been cleaned in 2014 and at the same time a new seal has been mounted under the lid of the manhole<br>Cooling system: intercooling<br>Propulsion: gearbox with a friction clutch (renewed in 2012) with a stainless steel water lubricated propeller shaft (with a Volvo Seal) and a 3 blade fixed propeller<br>Fuel consumption: approx. 4 L/H<br>Voltage: 12 and 230 Volt<br>Operating panel: renewed in 2014<br>Alternator: 1x 55A<br>Water pressure system: electric water pressure system<br>Water tank: 2x approx. 150 liter stainless steel tank<br>Shore power: fixed shore power connection (renewed in 2014) with an earthleak switch (renewed in October 2014) and a shore power cable<br>Water tank gauge: 2x<br>Other: The engine has been serviced in the spring of 2014 (impellor, engine oil, oil filters, fuel filters, coolant, V-belt, impellor have been renewed, the valves have been adjusted, the internal cooling system has been cleaned, the injectors have been tested and partly renewed). The V-belt has been renewed in 2015 and there is a new spare V-Belt on board. The supply of the fuel system to the engine has been equipped with a Separ Debug filter. Mastervolt Mass Inverter Charger Control (from 2014 - digital remote control for the Mastervolt Mass Combi). The control panel (including the fuse box) and the wiring have been renewed in 2014. There is a system to check if the hull is there is no current on the hull.<br><strong>Rig and sails</strong><br>Type: sloop cutter rigged<br>Spars, stays: aluminium mast, boom and fixed rodkicker, stainless steel rigging, double set of spreaders, diamond rigging, removable cutter stay (the 12mm grey Dyna-Lite cutter Jib hallyard has been renewed in 2014 and at the same time the cutterstay was made shorter and a Wichard WR5587 tensioner with a quick release pin was mounted by Tuned) and an insulated backstay<br>Winches: Meissner: 2x 32ST-60 (electric) 4x 23ST-41 (2x in the cockpit and 2x on the mast), 1x 21ST (reefing winch on the mast)<br>Sails material: white Dacron sails<br>Genoa: 1x Laminate Furling Genoa (Wittevrongel - approx. 64m2 - 2008 - washed in January 2015 and treated with a tafta coating) and 1x Furling Yankee with a white UV protection strip (approx. 48m2)<br>Genoa reefing system: Profurl furling jib system (overhauled by Tuned in June 2015) with a new Dyneema reefing line (June 2015)<br>Fore sail: Cutter Jib (approx. 15m2)<br>Other: Mainsail track on the dockhouse roof. Creme mainsail cover (September 2014) with Lazy-Jacks. Creme Rocon genoa cover (September 2014). New Dyneema halyards (June 2015). Aluminium spinnaker pole. Aluminium genoa tracks on the deck and on the superstructure. 2x Halyard bag at the mast. A Scanstrut navigation instruments panel has been mounted on the pedestal in 2014 (with the control unit of the autopilot, chartplotter and the VHF speaker). Raymarine ITC-5 Instrument Transducer Converter (2015). Aluminum radar pole on the swimming platform. Windex.<br><strong>Equipment</strong><br>Windlass: manual Goiot 309 windlass<br>Swimming ladder: stainless steel<br>Swimming platform: with teak (requires maintenance)<br>Sea rails, pushpit, pullpit: aluminium stanchions, stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and double wired plasticized stainless steel guardrail<br>Other: Plastic outboard engine bracket on the pullpit. Cover over the big deck hatch (September 2014) and a cover over the entrance hatch (September 2014).<br><strong>Safety</strong><br>Gas bottle locker: 1x gas bottle locker. Both the gas regulator and gas hose in the gas bottle locker, as wel as the gas hose at the stove have been renewed in 2015<br>Other: Emergency tiller. 4x Folding safety eye in the cockpit (Life-Line).
