    Master Cabin

    Separate aft master cabin with a double bed to port.

    Book shelve above double bed with two reading lamps.

    Full sized escape door to swim platform.

    Full sized double wardrobe and shelfing to starboard.

    A lockable safe is installed in the wardrobe.

    Double power sockets to ring main above the wardrobes.

    Access door into ensuite toilet and shower room.

    Access hatch to shower tray pump out.

    Fuel shut off switches.

    Ample storage space under the double bed.

    Full length mirror fitted to one door.

    Warm air heating outlet.
    Shower room and toilet

    Full standing room shower fed from both hot and cold pressurised water system.
    Automatic pump out of shower tray to black water holding tank. Shower curtain. (New float switch and check valve fitted to shower tray system in 2018)

    Wash basin fed from both hot and cold water pressurised system. (A common shower head is used for both the sink and shower, push button on shower head with water running for spray.)

    Full length mirror to one wall. Florescent lighting above the sink unit.

    Manual toilet pumped to holding tank. (Toilet pump serviced at the start of the 2018 season)

    Storage space under sink with door.

    Saloon

    Second hydraulic steering and control station including full engine gauges and electrical control to port.

    Gauges for fresh water tank, fuel tank, engine temperature, oil pressure, battery charging indicators for both 12 volt and 24 volt systems. Gauge showing water under the keel.

    Controls for both bow and stern thrusters.

    Switching for immersion heater for hot water.

    Control panel for generator.

    Shore supply and generator change over and isolation switch.

    Control panel for Webasto hot air heating system.

    Fuse panel under gauge panel via a hinge system.

    Ample storage space in cupboards above and behind the sink and in cupboards under the sink.

    12 volt supply and coaxial cable for 12 volt television.

    Electrics

    Full 240 volt shore power supply via a connection on the swim platform.

    12 volt supply system for engine cranking and domestics.

    24 volt system for bow and stern thruster.

    A total of six 12 volt 140 amp hour batteries stored in battery boxes.

    One 12 volt battery supplying domestics. (New in 2018)

    One 12 volt battery providing engine and generator cranking. (New in 2018)

    Two 12 volt batteries wired in series to provide 24 volt power to the stern thruster.

    Two 12 volt batteries wired in series to provide 24 volt power to the bow thruster.

    12 volt lighting throughout the vessel.

    12 volt immersion heater providing domestic hot water.

    12 volt domestic potable water pump.

    12 volt bilge pump.

    24/240 volt 2000 watt inverter running off the stern thruster batteries powering the 240 volt TV and inverter sockets. (The inverter is installed under the double bed in the master cabin and is controlled via a switch to starboard in the saloon.)

    Trac Vision Satellite TV system powered from 12 volt domestic supply.

    Glomex digital television system.

    Electronic cathode protection system.

    Mechanicals

    A Perkins M92 86 horse power 4 cylinder Diesel engine, driving a 4 bladed propeller via a conventional shaft and gear box giving ahead and astern control via a single lever.

    Fresh water cooled via a raw water exchanger. Raw water suction via a weed box.

    The engine is fitted with both 12 volt and 24 volt charging alternators. The 12 volt starter motor and 24 volt were both serviced at the start of the 2018 season.

    Engine serviced at the start of the 2018 season. Oil and filters changed.

    One 24 volt bow thruster.

    One 24 volt stern thruster.

    One 12 volt battery charger, providing charge to the engine cranking and domestics batteries.

    One 24 volt battery charger, providing charge to all four thruster batteries.

    Pressurised domestic water system including a calorifier to heat domestic water from the main engine when running and a 240 volt immersion heater when the engine is not running.

    Webasto hot air central heating system, Diesel fired.

    A 3.5 kilowatt single cylinder Diesel fired, water cooled generator, situated under the double bed in the master cabin, to provide minimum 240 power when moored up. Electric cranking via the main engine cranking batteries.

    Deck Chandlery

    Standard set of navigation lights including red to port, green to starboard, white mast head, anchor and stern lights.

    Radar arch incorporating navigation lights, Glomex TV system and Trac Vision Satellite TV dome. (Radar arch can be manually lowered for bridges)

    Fittings for flag pennants on radar arch. Flag socket on after deck.

    Swim platform and stainless-steel swim ladder. Stainless-steel access ladder to upper deck.

    Two external cupboards on swim platform for storing gas bottles and deck gear. Two gas bottles.

    Full set of mooring lines and six fenders plus bow fender.

    Full set of stanchions around the vessels. Dodgers around aft deck stanchions.

    Substantial bollards on each quarter, substantial cleats abaft the beam for spring lines.

    A pair of dinghy davits 100kgcapacity each. (Will hold a 3.5 meter rib plus 6hp outboard)

    Manual anchor winch, with cover on foredeck.
