    Hull:
    The hull is built of glass fibre reinforced polyester by the hand laying-up method, using alternate layers of mat and roving. Stiffeners are laid up over foam cores and reinforced with unidirectional glass
    Structural bulk heads are of marine grade water-proof plywood laminated to hull and deck.
    Engine beds are of GRP wit steel inserts.

    Keel:
    Ballast keel is a lead casting with antimony. Lightening holes in keel. Cast-in keel bolts are of stainless steel.

    Rig anchorage:
    The mast is stepped through the deck onto a metal mast step with movable shoe for mastrake adjustment. Tie rods at main mast. Laminated reinforcements on the main bulkhead for the stainless steel chain plates.
     Rudder
    Spade rudder of foam filled GRP with stainless steel stock, supported by two roller bearings.

    Steering gear:
    Cable steering gear, sheaves provided with guards to prevent jamming. Aluminium quadrant bolted to rudder stock. 44"(1.12rn) destroyer type wheel on pedestal with roller bearings and friction brake. Emergency tiller of aluminium alloy with spanner for rudder stock access plate attached.

     Starting system: the engine has its own starting battery, 93Ah, 24V, located near the engine.

    Standing rigging

    Hydraulics (Overhauled in 2017)
    For main mast backstay adjustment, a Navtec hydraulic cylinder with  fail-safe turn buckle is provided. Two-function System V control panel with single gauge in cockpit.(Ones pare function).

    Furling gear:
    Electro-hydraulic main sail furling with manual back-up, controls near outhaul winch in cockpit.

    Running rigging:
    Wires are of 7x19 stainless construction, ropes Trevira. Main halyard with screw shackle. All other halyards as well as spinnaker sheets and guys with snap shackles. Internal halyards and topping lifts.
