As received from the current owner: Has only been used in "FRESHWATER" Yanmar diesel inboard was installed in 1984 (seller does not know the hours) Nothing is currently in need of service or repair Is serviced and maintained annually or as needed during the season Oil changed every Fall regardless of hours used Brightwork has Sikkens/PPG on wood finish Has always been stored inside during winter off-season for the last 30 years She sails very well, very seaworthy and is very fast.! **The 2ND Owners of this Cal 30 were the sister and brother-in-law** ***I have not visited this vessel in person.
