Remarks :
Allegra was built in Italy by Cantiere, Navale, Boreo & Farina, she had a thorough refit in 2010, she is built from Iroko planks, teak decks & mahogany toe rails, a solidly built yacht.
This classic wooden motor sailor is a real treat she has great lines, with plenty of room down below she is the perfect blue water cruiser.
She is currently lying on the island of Leros in Greece, she was moved from Turkey to Leros 12 months ago and got there under her ow power. I have been assured that her engine is in good order and reliable.
She is in need of some refit work hence the price, she has been cold molded/glass fibre sheathed, this has come away from the planking and it has been advised that it should be completely stripped. I have been assured that the structure itself is in sound condition with no rot in any of the wood!
The internal condition I am told is in good order but needs a good clean, I believe the varnish work externally needs to be re-coated.
