Thames Sailing Barge for Sale.  Built in 1996 to a Peter Nicholls design.  "Calluna" is a 10m Thames Sailing Barge built in steel, she is a true unique "one off" yacht.  The Steel is 12mm, 8mm and 4mm thick.

Calluna features a gaff rig with top sail, mizzen, and bow sprit.  The masts can be lowered down and the yacht is equally at home cruising the canals or coasting the sea.  The boat is powered by a single Perkins Diesel engine.  Below deck Calluna is a real home from home, beautifully finished and well equipped.  She has two berths forward, a saloon area with port and starboard side settee berths, port side converts to a double.  Generous heads compartment with separate shower and currently fitted with a sea toilet and chemical toilet for inland use.  There is an additional single berth cabin aft of the cockpit.

Calluna previously had a Boat Safety Certificate although it is now expired. In the brokers opinion, Calluna is well presented and evidently well maintained by her owner.
