The Moody 54, designed by Bill Dixon, was in it´s day the flagship of the Moody Yacht range. She is a powerful and elegant blue water cruiser, easily handled from her centre-cockpit. Inside, luxury and lacquered wood abound, and there is a tremendous feeling of light and space. The owners cabin aft is full beam, and she offers two other generously proportioned double cabins.
Dilemma II has had over 100000 euros spent on her in 2020-21. She was updated for a journey across the Atlantic which she never took due to change of circumstance with the owner. In 2020-21 the following took place:-
Generator overhaul
Engine coolant system replaced
Exhaust cleaned and serviced
Rigging checked
New teak 12"mm Burmanea
New 6 man life-raft
New navigation equipment
New Quicksilver dinghy with 6HP

SLEEPS 6 GUESTS IN THREE CABINS PLUS ONE PASSAGE CABIN WITH SINGLE BERTH
Owners cabin aft with centreline double bed, settee and ensuite head compartment with toilet, sink and separate shower stall.
One cabin forward with V shaped double. This cabin is sharing the forward head compartment with a second double cabin with upper and lower bunks.
Midships is the spacious saloon with a C shaped dining area with a settee opposite and a good sized U shaped galley. There is one further cabin, sleeping one in the passageway to the aft cabin.
