This 2019 South Bay 523CR pontoon boat has had very little use. It is powered by a newer Mercury 200 HP 4-stroke outboard with a custom stainless steel propeller. The engine only has 80 hours on it.

The boat has many upgrades, including the 2.75 performance package, highly polished pontoons, the aluminum underdeck performance skin and lifting strakes. For performance, it has the Seastar hydraulic steering, and for looks, the bright white pillow-top upholstery.
