The main request for ´ENMER´ was to build a Very Fast but Very Efficient vessel also in roughest conditions with Maximum Range (approx. 500 nm at 25 kts) which can be operated without crew safely. To enlarge the operation radius with Shallow Draft and optimize handling with Joystick Control a Jet Propulsion was installed. To increase comfort under way lots of time and effort was invested to reduce noise and vibration to minimum. Due to the asymmetrical catamaran hull a stabilization system is not necessary even at anchor.

´ENMER´ has an innovative and unique hybrid hull design seamlessly fusing an asymmetrical catamaran with a wave piercing mono hull combining the stability of a catamaran with the rough weather capabilities of a deep V monohull. The design incorporates two fix Hysucraft Hydrofoils allowing her to run very efficiently at any speed. ´ENMER´ is powered by a pair of very reliable and easy to maintain Caterpillar C18 1,150 hp engines.
