This Fairways Fisher ‘Northeaster’ 30, a long keeled ketch rigged motor sailor, was manufactured in 1974. Primarily this version of the popular Fisher range was designed to extend the accommodation and provide a spacious wheelhouse environment. This gives comfortable sailing in northern latitudes with control lines in close proximity to the sliding doors (P&S). The central control area facilitates excellent visibility from this commanding position. A particular feature is the substantial beam which gives a very spacious accommodation layout. A vessel that can be easily controlled with the minimum of crew. This vessel has been in current ownership since the late 70's and has been cruised extensively around the British Isles. 'Little Mallard' is a genuine part of our maritime boat building history and a marque that is much appreciated by a substantial following. She will need some TLC but is excellent value.
