Manufacturer Provided Description
The Nautitech 475 is a high-performance catamaran, reliable, stylish and made to standards ensuring comfortable and safe sailing that will satisfy the most demanding sailor. Priority has been given to comfort and ease of movement. The cockpit, on the same level as the salon, is accessible from the salon through two large doors, and is sheltered from the sun and the rain by an innovative, cap-shaped roof extension. This open-plan design, with the galley and navigation station also opening into the salon, enhances an atmosphere of conviviality. Once inside, the high quality for which Dufour is known appears everywhere: the upholstery and furnishings provide a touch of style (with ease of use and maintenance) to the very spacious and light salon, making it ideal for entertainment. As in all the upper deck, the Dufour quality even extends down to the four very private and independent double cabins, each with its own head. The narrow and deep hulls with moderate overall length require less power, thereby improving performance in general and particularly in upwind sailing. The small waterline area combined with the moderate overall length ensures smooth sailing and comfort, whether at sea or at mooring. The "good old" wooden main structure and vacuum-bagged sandwich construction provide maximum rigidity with minimum weight, for the best in a seaworthy catamaran. The Nautitech 475 is fast and shows exceptional performance close to the wind, and delivers smooth sailing in any conditions. It is also available in a "Prestige" version, which features an extended owner's cabin.pyб 17,166,619
