The Sealine F33 accommodation offers up to six berths in two double cabins and the saloon, with good headroom throughout. FORECABIN - Offset double berth with various storage spaces, vanity areas to port and starboard, hanging locker, 2 opening portholes, hatch to foredeck, and en suite access to the heads compartment. HEADS - Fitted with a Jabsco marine toilet, hand basin with mixer tap, shower with electric pump out, vanity unit and opening porthole. GUEST CABIN - Large double berth with hanging locker, small seat and opening portlight. GALLEY - L-shaped galley forward to port equipped with a two-burner gas hob, separate oven and grill, refrigerator, stainless steel sink with mixer tap, and storage. WHEELHOUSE HELM: Twin bench seat to starboard with chart area, electrical distribution panel, navigation equipment, and opening side windows. SALOON - L-shaped settee to starboard (which can convert to a double berth when required) with adjustable table and further settee to port with entertainment unit and storage cupboards, and a large storage area beneath the wheelhouse sole. Toughened glass sliding door to the cockpit. GENERAL EQUIPMENT - Eberspacher diesel fired heating system (new 2012). Hot and cold pressurised water throughout via a calorifier with immersion coil. Cream leather saloon upholstery and cotton cabin upholstery with complimenting soft furnishings, carpets and curtains. EXTERIOR - Spacious aft cockpit with excellent access to the engine compartment, side decks, and a walk-through transom to the bathing platform. Moulded steps lead up to the flybridge which has a helm position with bench seat, instrumentation, further seating and a large sun pad.
Located under cockpit sole, twin Volvo Penta KAD32 4-cylinder 170hp turbo and supercharged diesel engines. Fresh water cooled via heat exchangers. Volvo Penta Duo-Prop outdrives with aluminium Duo Prop propellers (new propellers 2017). Full engine instrumentation at wheelhouse and flybridge stations. Bowthruster and trim tabs. The engines appear to be in excellent cosmetic condition and have only run for around 750hrs since new, equating to optimum usage of approximately 50hrs a season. The engines and outdrive legs have been well maintained with a major service in 2017, then very lightly used since with extended periods ashore, however her outdrive bellows should be professionally inspected and may now require changing again.
