Description
This OUTREMER 45 new generation has been built and delivered in 2017. Due to a health situation, the current ownership family has put this attractive Outremer 45 back on the market. "alegria" is a great opportunity on the second-hand market! The US Import Duty Tax has been previously paid.
The boat has currently on the hard in Annapolis, Md., and this O-45 has many recent upgrades. The boat has not been launched this sailing season so the engines and plumbing systems remain in "winterized mode" and with the shorepower plugged in to maintain battery integrity.
There are recently added Incidence mainsail, jib, gennaker sails and a Parasailor. Recent upgrades include new solar panels array on the davits and cabin top giving 1.4kw charging power.
The tandem Barreau/Neuman has again created a wonderful catamaran with Patrick Le Quement touch and Franck Darnet interior Design. The result is fantastic without forgetting the Outremer DNA : dagger boards, protected cockpit, racing bow and light weight to be as performant as simple - As all the Outremer Catamarans.
Alegria features the 3-cabin Owner's Version and the main salon offering great openness, light, and good visibility. New trampolines and aft cockpit canvas have been added as well.
She is well equipped and ready for her next owner(s) to depart on their bluewater adventure.
