    Designed by the hand of Olin Stephens, arguably the world’s greatest naval architect, EVA is the last hull constructed of 70 Swans 47 built by NAUTO

    This S&S Swan 47 with hull no. 70 is the last built of this classic series.  Originally delivered in 1984, it has been kept in mint condition with a full refit completed in 2017-18.  The yacht retains its authenticity while enabling single handed sailing. 
    This Mark II version needs no additional investment and is ready for sailing to any destination.  The owner regrettably has to part with it making it an unusual opportunity to own a true head turner and great performer.  The sale price represents only a fraction of the investment.
    EVA has a new Yanmar 80hp engine, new rod rigging, two new electric/manual cockpit winches, two new electric WC, new plumbing & electric circuits, new B&G electronics, new fuel lines, new indoor & outdoor upholstery, new internal deck flooring and ceiling, new Reckman furler, new windlass and a long list of other upgrades.  With beautiful teak decks throughout and its double stripped dark blue beauty lines she is in a class of her own.

    Other: S/Y EVA, is a Swan 47 Mk II masthead sloop built by Nautor Swan in Finland in December 1983. With hull No. 70, EVA is the last one built of the 47 S&S Swan series. 
    EVA underwent a complete refit between April and June 2017 and April and June 2018 and all her systems have been tested, improved and upgraded where necessary.
    EVA has a Category A Ocean CE certification of seaworthiness.  The vessel is registered in Hoorn,

    For large parties it is possible to use the saloon sofas as two comfortable additional berths.

    A fully equipped galley kitchen runs from the saloon on the way to the aft cabin.  There is significant food and beverage storage with freezer and a separate deep fridge.  The kitchen is fully equipped and sports a gas cooker with four burners and a large oven and grill.

    The yacht is equiped with the latest Spectra watermaker to convert salty sea water to fresh water at the rate of 65 litres per hour. Batteries can be re-charged while sailing by means of a removable Watt & Sea 600 hydro generator.
